Promote Awareness and Raise
money for your Organization
The 2009 baseball season is
filling up quickly with non-profits and other organizations raising money
for their cause. Fundraising with the Volcanoes has proved to be very
beneficial to several organizations wanting to promote awareness and raise
funds. The opportunity to promote to an average crowd of over 3000 guests, the
recognition received over the Public Service Announcement system,
community recognition and the honor of throwing a first pitch for your
board members or awesome volunteers is priceless. The following
organizations have already committed to the 2009 season for their
fundraisers,
Abiqua School
A.C. Gilbert House
ALS Association
CASA
Cresent Valley High School.
Family Building Blocks
Garten Services
Liberty House
McNary Dance Team
McNary Bowling Team
Oregon Garden
Rockwest Training Company
Silverton Together
Special Olympics of Polk County
South Salem High School
Willamette Valley Human Society
Youth Impact
YWCA
We have two additional fundraisers
happening to support 3 local families whose children are battling cancer.

have a group event here at the Volcanoes. Any business that relies on
having a healthy relationship with its clients should never forget this
way of keeping in touch. Where else do you have a chance to spend 2-3
hours with a potential customer in a relaxed atmosphere? How else can you
revisit clients that you need to touch base with again and let them know
that they are important to you? Group/BBQ's at the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes
provide a place to have awards dinners, Atta boys and just plain thanks.

are; playing catch in the street and trips to see the Louisville Colonels
play. Memories are made here at the Volcanoes; don't miss out on a chance
to make your time here a lifelong memory. You may not be a baseball fan
but someone in you family or business or a client is. Bring them to a
Group/BBQ at the Volcanoes and help them make memories.

typically purchased here is less expensive than a first run movie with
large pop and popcorn. Everyone in a reserved seat group of 25 fans or
more gets a free souvenir baseball, can have an all you can eat BBQ,
select adult beverages for a dollar during the BBQ and enjoy minor league
baseball. A night at a Volcanoes game can include; a two hour concert,
fireworks, sports cars, military equipment and lots of interesting
displays for kids and adults. If you want food after your BBQ we have; an
